Dr. Sergio López Hervás
Dr. Sergio López graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2012 from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in Barcelona. He completed his MIR training in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the Parc Taulí Health Corporation (Sabadell) between 2013 and 2018.
She is currently part of the Foot and Ankle Unit at Clínica Diagonal and part of Dr. Alex Santamaria Fumas' team.
Associate physician at the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Barcelona), where he specializes in ankle and foot pathologies. This includes conditions of traumatic origin (fractures and their sequelae), orthopedic (hallux valgus or bunion, toe deformities, metatarsalgia, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and osteoarthritis, among others), and those arising from other processes (diabetic and neurological foot).
He has experience in open, minimally invasive and arthroscopic surgical techniques, European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EBOT) Certification and specialized training in microsurgical techniques and care of polytrauma patients.
He is a member of scientific societies such as the Catalan Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, the Spanish Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, and the Spanish Society of Foot and Ankle Medicine and Surgery.
